In 1975 he graduated from Karaganda Polytechnic Institute with a degree in geophysical methods of prospecting and exploration of mineral deposits. Since 2006 he has been working in the field of non-destructive testing and technical diagnostics. Expert auditor to confirm the compliance of personnel in the field of non-destructive testing. On the initiative of the President of " Kazakhstan Association of flaw detection "and in cooperation with "national accreditation center"in accordance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17020-2013" conformity assessment. General requirements for the work of different types of inspection bodies" and to promote the establishment of inspection bodies for non-destructive testing and technical diagnostics and their accreditation for compliance with ISO/IEC 17020-2013. Joint meetings were organized and held with representatives of the President and members of" KAD " Jul with employees of departments of the Committee for industrial development and industrial safety and private organizations.  Although currently there is an Institute of inspection, but its activities are not provided for and are not regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The meetings were held in Aktobe, West Kazakhstan, Kostanay, Kyzylorda, Mangistau, Atyrau regions. The results of the meetings we sent to the Committee of technical regulation and Metrology and the Committee of industrial development and industrial safety.
