APPROVED Decision of the General meeting of founders, Protocol of 30 April 2015 This Charter is developed in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the law of The Republic of Kazakhstan of January 16, 2001 "On non-profit organizations" and other normative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and defines the legal and organizational basis for the establishment and operation of the Association of legal entities "Kazakhstan Association of flaw detectors", hereinafter referred to as the Association.
