About Association

United around the tableThe Purpose of the Association is to bring together legal entities to coordinate their activities, represent and protect common interests, the development of infrastructure and rapid response systems by supporting and further development of flaw detection and technical diagnostics. Our plans include the formation of a network of regional bodies to confirm the compliance of personnel (OPS-P) to eliminate monopolization and the introduction of the interstate standard GOST ISO/IEC17020-2013 "conformity Assessment. Requirements for the operation of various types of bodies performing inspection".
The Subject of the Association is:
  • Protection of the rights and legal interests of members of the Association in relations with public authorities, commercial and non-profit organizations, as well as individuals.
  • Association and coordination of activities of all members of the Association.
  • Creation of a single information space for non-destructive testing, technical diagnostics and industrial safety enterprises.
  • Development and support of projects on technical re-equipment of facilities and training of personnel in the field of flaw detection and technical diagnostics, in accordance with international standards implemented in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  • Promoting the interests of Association members in order to participate in investment projects and increase Kazakhstan's participation in them.

  • building a network of regional bodies, certify the conformity of the personnel to avoid the monopolization of the sphere of NDT and technical diagnostics.
  • Development and discussion of regulatory legal acts affecting the interests of members of the Association, as well as regulatory legal acts in the field of flaw detection and technical diagnostics, making proposals on them to the authorized state bodies.
  • Spreading the positive image of the Association as well as its members.
  • Other activities in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Association, not contrary to the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Association may engage in business activities only to the extent that this is consistent with its statutory objectives. Income from business activities of the Association cannot be distributed among the members of the Association and is directed to the statutory purposes.
